To represent a unified voice, formed by consensus, advocating for a fair, responsible and regulated free-market cannabis industry in Maine, being simultaneously considerate of the needs of our local businesses, the economy of our State, the safety of our public and the values of our communities.

Learn about subjects that impact cannabis businesses in Maine, such as: zoning and regulatory issues, licensing requirements, state and federal tax issues, testing and labeling requirements, inventory tracking and other important issues.

Association Meetings

We will hold quarterly and annual meetings to discuss issues impacting our members and to set our association goals. We know our industry faces a wide range of challenges such: state tax rates, licensing fees, prohibitive regulations and many more issues that can be unique to each operator.
